We will assist you with your KSA's (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) should that be required in your Job Announcement.  We will review your OF612 (Optional Application for Federal Employment) to be sure it is done properly.  CS will  also give you the support you need up to the point that you submit your package for employment. 

We will do extensive research to match you up with openings within your geographical location, your areas of intrest, your education and experience levels or in an areas you wish to relocate to.

We know that most people struggle in their attempt to find a federal job for several reasons:

• Federal vacancy announcements are often complex, hard to understand or contradictory.
• Failure to follow the job announcement requirements or to submit exactly what the announcement is asking for, will deem you ineligible.
